Returns are accepted on products that are damaged. Submit proof of purchase within 14 days to kristen@toandfrom.ca and describe the issue to be considered for a refund.

Please note: If you’ve purchased the product at a retail shop other than directly from toandfrom.ca, please initiate the return via that retail shop.
