FAQs

  • The seed packets should be planted within 2 years of the packaged date for best results, but they won’t truly ever ‘expire’ – their germination rate would simply decrease after 2 years.

  • Yes, we do! There are some requirements such as a minimum annual spend. To determine whether your shop is eligible for an exclusive partnership with To & From Gift Co., please complete our wholesale application form.

PAYMENT 
Payment can be made by debit/credit, e-transfer or PayPal. If placing your order via email, you’ll be issued an invoice via Square and payment must be made before your order ships. 

TURNAROUND TIME 
Our typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days however, turnaround times may vary. Please contact us if you have any concerns or requirements regarding your delivery date. 

CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER 
Cancellations or changes to your order must be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing the order.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS 
Damaged or missing items: Damaged or missing items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your shipment. To report damaged or missing items, email kristen@toandfrom.ca and be sure to reference your Order #. 

RETURNS
To be eligible for returns, each item must be (1) unopened & unused (2) in original packaging (3) free of any price tags or stickers (4) in your first order. To initiate a return, send an email to kristen@toandfrom.ca and be sure to reference your Order # and reason for return. Some exclusions apply to our return policy. 

BACKORDERS 
Occasionally, certain products may be out of stock for a brief period. You will be promptly notified of any items that are back-ordered and we can decide together how you would like to proceed. 

SHIPPING 
All orders are shipped via Canada Post or Purolator, and you’ll be provided tracking information. If your order is time-sensitive, please let us know right away and we will do our best to accommodate. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. To & From Gift Co. is not responsible for any carrier delays. All orders ship from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Any duties or customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the retailer.

TAXES 
Any orders subjected to taxes for your province will be added to your final invoice.
